Source for ATA laptop drive enclosure

I need to copy files from a laptop hard drive (ATA) onto the new laptop. So far I haven't found an external enclosure that works with ATA drives. I'd appreciate a referral if anyone has seen one.

Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more! has between 50 and 80 IDE enclosures....Might consider getting a 3½ version if you work with desktops much...They also have a "cable" type of adaptor that will do IDE and SATA drives.

I had looked at Newegg but my search parameters must have been incorrect. This time I found a grouping of ATA enclosures. Any info on brands or specs to consider?
