LIGHT IN THE BOX

Hi everybody,
I just post the following to let us know about my story regarding LIGHTINTHEBOX.COM

I ordered a cellphone from them to see the quality of their cellphones and their service in order to start some business here in Budapest, Hungary.

after waiting 10 days and getting the same answer from their chat call center, I finally understood that I will never ever get my item or maybe next year !

Their call center are using most of the time english templates so it's like talking to a formated machine.
I had a phone call from them but I believe the guy just speaks a litle English but does not understand it so well, he hang up on me !

Then I asked for a refund, they said 2 business days, I'm still waiting...
I didn't see any penny back yet !

All their cellphones have more or less the same software, just the body of the phone is a clone of well known brands, but does not work like the original !
Also it's important to know that most of their cellphones has a TV function but it just don't work, it's analogue !
I saw in Budapest where I live one of their Iphone clone, it really just looks like the original, but only the looking !
software is crap !

I will not recommended this site at all !
But it's up to you and good luck...
if somenoe has any similar experience with them...

They appear to be in China. Prices don't look that great.
