First, I would not allow a photograph to be a determining factor. Often some stock photo or one found on the Web is used.
Secondly, whenever you deal with a generic brand, the quality of the Vender and how well they know the products they sell becomes all that more important. In the case of a battery, a problem might not surface until much later.
A brand-name (if a good one) can give you some assurance of at least some minimum of quality. Ask yourself just how important quality/performance is in that intended use and act accordingly.
