I encountered a bait and switch from Accessory Circut.com after further investigating i have found that they are located in two areas. One in CA and in NY. I have goggled mapped this and found out they dont even have signs on the businesses.. one even looks like a house or townhouse.. The NY address which is 502 graves neck rd. Brooklyn NY 11223 also has several other businesses tied into the one address. If you look up the address you will see these come up. dont know if they are running multiple businesses or what but it does concern me.

I'm still collecting "evidence" and will post what i have as soon as i'm finished.

The only reason i'm doing this investigation is because of the threatening Voicemail that i received from Elliott.

I feel this is one of those notorious NY bait and switch scams and this website is starting to become over flooded with too many good reviews from this site and others...

Also if someone could enlighten me when i log out i am no longer able to see my review listen on the AC review page.. why is this???

Reselleratings will be removing my review because it violates section 9# of their terms. which states that i had to of purchased the item and provide proof of an invoice or credit statement. since i canceled the item before they could charge me i never got an invoice for the product, therefore they are allowed to remove my review. Thats alright as i am allowed to post my experience freely in this forum.

Before i was called the next day from an unamed employee telling me that my charger was on backorder through the manufacture and they could sell me a better charger for 40$, a Vivitar. eventually after i said no repeately they would sell it to me for the same as the sony. (i've seen this for as low as 6$)

This is what he tried to upsell me on... As you can see its a 3rd party manufacture... (omg look at that orig. price!) not a Vivitar:


Look further on website to see if they even carry Vivitar chargers... NOPE

Oh my look at how all the "brand" Sony chargers are at a very low price.......


Well well well... What do you know?! All of their aftermarket chargers are extremely high priced!!!!!! YIKES!

Reviews take 48 hours to post after they are submitted and any changes you make to the review will extend that time-frame another 48 hours.

A reverse address search (using Whitepages) shows no such business listed at the NY address, that address as above is in Brooklyn. Neither Whitepages or the USPS can locate the CA address. The USPS says,

You may want to utilize the Yellow Pages and/or White Pages below.

I have never found a reliable why to look-up toll free numbers, but the number 310-982-2858 per Whitepages is a cell phone out of San Pedro, CA.

The current review page here at RR gives them a 6.47(Lifetime)6.51 (Six-month) out of 10 rating with 39 reviews since 26FEB2009. The average rating at this time is 8.18/10. So this company is below average.

I also found a review page at PriceGrabber for them. It shows a 3.28/5 (Lifetime), 3.16/5 (Six-month), and a 1.27/5 (Three-month) rating with 85 reviews since 13FEB2009. Since the average rating at PriceGrabber is ~4 then this website also rates below average.

I would say that you have documented this very well, indeed...If, Master Nomaxim is correct, I would refer this matter to the state of New York attorney general's office, for an investigation...

If they don't they should have a law demanding that consumers receive what they ordered...If not, they should be forced to close their business...

This does appear to be classic baiting and switching...
