Personally, I found this one from the FAQ's page pretty funny, Quote: Q. Who is Accessorycircut? A. Accessorycircut is a family owned and operated consumer electronics retailer based in santa monica,Ca(a suburb of California). For more than 20 years, we have worked hard to exceed customers expectations and provide the best service in the business. We are an authorized dealer for every manufacturer we offer, and we provide toll-free product assistance before and after the sale. We also stock everything we sell in our200,000 square foot headquarters. The facility also includes one of the largest in-house repair centers in the US, which services almost everything we sell.
| I think that they mean, "Santa Monica, CA. (a suburb of Los Angles)." But, what is funny is abt.com/custserv/abtFAQ, Quote: Q: Who is Abt?
A: Abt is a family owned and operated consumer electronics & appliance retailer based in Glenview, IL(a suburb of Chicago). For more than 73 years, Abt has worked hard to exceed customers expectations and provide the best service in the business. We are an authorized dealer for every manufacturer we offer, and we provide toll-free product assistance before and after the sale. We also stock everything we sell in our 350,000 square foot headquarters. The facility also includes one of the largest in-house repair centers in the US, which services almost everything we sell.
| There are more too. The FAQ's page of newworldvideodirect.com says, Quote: Q. How do I return an item?
A. To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number.
1. All merchandise purchased from Nwvdirect is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.
2. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
3. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
4. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
| Now compare that to the FAQ's for accessorycircut.com, Quote: Q. How do I return an item?

A. For in-stock merchandise, your credit card is charged when your order is finalized in our shopping cart (and we plan on it shipping within 24 hours). If your item is on backorder, your credit card is not charged until the item arrives (unless it is a special order).

| Looks like Accessorycircut's legal department is going to be very busy. They have plagiarized from at least two of those companies.

it looks like they are plagiarizing alot. abt.com is a bbb.org business Abt Electronics and Appliances | BBB Review | Glenview, IL they have an A+ rating and seem to stay connected with the public.. so... i wonder whats going on.. this is kinda weird. the company seems to have plagiarized two different companies.. nwvdirect.com and abt.com. one that is questionable and one that seems to have a good reputation.

| Excellent find, Master Nomaxim!! Maybe they are to busy shipping products and do not have time to write their own material? Boy, nothing gets past you...
Crimson, have someone else "try" to order the Sony charger...
Has anyone tried their live operator? It is just the same information that you are entitled to free shipping...Then the next line states you have 14 days to return the item...It is the same message each time one goes to their website...
Check their reviews on page one...Four complaints of BAIT AND SWITCH.... AccessoryCircut - AccessoryCircut.com - Reviews, Ratings and Prices at ResellerRatings

| i've thought about that i just need to do it with a diff phone just in case. i know this so called "Elliot" was the one who i spoke with the whole time. even when the mysterious person called to have me upsell my item. i'm 99 percent sure it was the same guy. i have to set something up with my husband. i need to find out if its legal to tape from fl to ny i remember hearing about certain jurisdictions the other person has to be notified or you could get jail time or fine. not sure if thats legal at the moment but i'll be asking and i'll let ya know. i've seen this one guy do it and i saw his youtube video. it was great! the guy kept hanging up on im tho after he figured out it was him repeatedly calling.
