-update-
Reselleratings will be removing my review because it violates section 9# of their terms. which states that i had to of purchased the item and provide proof of an invoice or credit statement. since i canceled the item before they could charge me i never got an invoice for the product, therefore they are allowed to remove my review. Thats alright as i am allowed to post my experience freely in this forum.
Accessorycircut.com has threatened once again to take action and now they claim they will sue. They feel there is a right to do so. We'll see. I highly doubt i will see a lawsuit as i feel that they have no leg to stand on but if there are successful i will let you know. (i doubt it seeing they would have to explain the mountain of evidence before them and a lot to explain. most of which is never been posted, besides that no Florida lawyer would take this in my opinion and we have a real stickler for Frivolous lawsuits down here. Also you would have to prove i've damaged your company in such a short amount of time.. all depending if you can prove that i'm lying.) I understand this may be a scare tactic. Thats fine. I'm no longer burning fuel into this. Others may post if they feel a need to but i warn you, you may get the same treatment. This whole thing wasnt a glory moment or anything like that and i feel if anyone feels thats the case they are wrong. My only intent was to educate the public on my experience. If this is going to be seen as a lie by one party thats fine. The point of this website is to be able to express it freely with the public. I dont feel that the person who wants to sue me understands that, and if they truely read and understand the law they would know that everything i said that may be deemed slander is said in the matter of opinion. you cannot sue someone for the statement "i feel". No one in my opinion would make a big deal out of this unless they were sure they knew they were speaking the truth. i carefully collected evidence before i posted it and explained what was going on. Thankyou i'm done, Peace. If i get sued or a call from the right folks i'll let ya know. as for know whats done is done!
