braddo is infamous around these parts
If it isn't bait and switch it's intimidation

They call you - tell you its not available, but the crap one is for more money - then you get it - post a bad review and they call and call and call threatening you to change it - and bribing you with goods - but won't send them until you change your review first.

This company is very annoying if not unethical or practicing illegal stuff.

To top that off, someone that stole my credit card used it at this place - I just hope the stuff they got with my card was as crappy as the stuff I got.

They don't even use a NY phone number to call you with. Threaten me over the phone again, I dare you. I've just enabled recording for calls from your number on my PBX - and won't answer you on any other number.... If they do call I'll post the messages here. I may have a voicemail from them to post.

You guys are great - but how much energy can you exert on this nonsense?? Who cares? Move on live your life - enjoy your kids - why dwell on this stupidity? The amount of time you spend on this should be used towards good things - not negative energy! WooooSaaaaaaaaaa

I have an idea! Lets write President Obama as well! Im sure he wants to hear about this!! lol!

FYI - I got burned on a car deal that was outright fraud - and noone - not the AG or the NHSTA or the Police cared less - I dont think the big $28 charger scam is at the top of thier "to do" list!

Company claims i never purchased item and that i'm lying

A letter i recieved:

Oh great! now this company claims i never bought nothing... Problem is they dont provide invoices through email to confirm that you buy anything. they dont even charge your card (which they didnt because I CANCELED) until they call you and say "We dont have what you need in stock, back order for 4 weeks but we can supply you with a better charger for more money, ship it out to you soon as possible.." haha funny i have a screen shot.

Probably because i'm bringing this up with the authorities. Well you can threaten all you want my proof isnt going anywhere

First off I'm very sorry to hear about what happened. I dont feel its right for anyone to get scammed.. no matter what the costs. I understand this may seem petty and if you read my post you would realize the only reason i'm bringing this up is because i felt threatened.. This is why we have Consumer Protection Laws. I'm not pursing any LEGAL action. i brought this to the attention of the proper authorities because other people are getting burned. If you google websites simply with Accessorycircut.com bait and switch you will see what i'm saying.. there are plenty of people who have gotten burned.

Accessorycircut.com can claim that i am lying all they want but i have hard evidence to support the contrary. I've already taken proper measures and if they threaten me more it will just be documented and passed on to the police. The very fact they would post my real name on the forum shows how shady these guys are. i see them do this on review sites all the time.

I find it very funny that they would go through great lengths to mask the fact that i caught them. If i'm so wrong why are you even bothering? if you have so many customers that are satisfied, one person wouldnt make a difference in your huge business! right?! the fact that your continuing to threaten me and that you do it to others proves the fact that something isnt right with your business. These websites are here for a reason. You can claim slander all you want, I'm very keen on the laws. I live to learn and protect others. You have no clue who i am.. And you still continue to threaten me. It might be in your best interest to just stop. Your piling more info and all i have to do is show it.

FYI, to show you how keen i am on the law i will explain why your incorrect! First of all, what your accusing me of is Libel, not Slander. Slander is spoken, passed on as a rumor, or talking to a friend on the telephone.. which of course has to be proven it is UNTRUE. Libel is written, like posting a website or publishing in a book.. which of course has to be proven it is UNTRUE. If you were to file against me for slander, you would lose, for libel... still you would lose. You, would have to prove your a "legitimate" company with an established report from large amounts of consumers. (once again proof) i have proof to claim the contrary.
