Yeah, I recently got a (small

) but unsolicited refund from
BestBuy for being overcharged sales tax.
Maybe in internal audit discovered it and maybe there is a law requiring it.
But anyway, that's the way!
There should be some communications law that requires telcoms and cable and ISPs etc. to refund unsolicited for outages.
It is a hassle to experience them in the first place and then remember to go through the hassle of getting a refund.
It should be computerized and automatic.
