How to get Geeks.com to respond/correct a bricked XBOX
Bought a refurb elite xbox 360 against my better judgment, and it turned out to be a non-working brick. 2 weeks shipping is one thing, but to get a dead item with no response from these folks for a week after asking for a RMA is even worse. I shouldnt have to waste my time posting on these forums to get a response.
