This has been the crappiest company I have ever dealt with beware! Basically I bought a MOB from them.The google link said NEW next to their advertisement(the link will be posted in the transcripts) of the Mother board and price.When it arrived 13 days later(they took forever to even process my order)the mobo had water stainson it,the IDE cables were kinked and dirty,and it did not even work! Closer examination showed small rings where the old screws wore imprints on the board from sitting in another computer for quite a while,and there was a chip replaced with a sticker stating it had been replaced on July 9th of 2009. here is the email after I recieved the crap product.
After I posted my review on this website they replyed to my review saying I was a liar...You my friend Joshua R are a liar and if you own this company you should be ashamed of your self, if you just work there at least you have an excuse.
I was directed to this forum by resellerratings to give a more complete explanation of my encounter. They are not soppose to ask you to change the ratings you leave and these guys went as far as trying to threaten me with legal action if I did not change my review.They also will not replace the broken MOBO I bought from them.STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

First of all we have terms and conditions that are required to be accepted prior to finish the order, is not our problem if you did not read those as we work with several companies everyday and we never had any problems specially BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE ORDERING, also we checked the review posted in Reseller ratings and I’ll suggest you to correct some statements that are not true there otherwise we will forward this to our legal dept for false statement, once again the product received is brand new in oem packaging and honestly you should be happy being able to receive a product THAT NO ONE ELSE IN THE US MARKET IS ABLE TO GATHER AND OR ORDER EXCEPT FROM US. We do not need to rectify anything in order to make you happy as you stated, what you have received is what we offered and once again after the false review you had posted we will not reply to any email coming from you unless you rectify your statements, only contact from us with you at this point will be through our legal dept in the case you do not modify your review which contains once again false statements.

Look, I ordered a product that I was lead to believe was new.It is clearly used with sad excuses for cables sent along. There was no communication from you guys for over a week.The very day I try to contact you I get a reply ,which was great but lacking cust. service touch. Then when I recieve my mobo it has fraking water stains,dust, and marks around the screw holes where it was clearly screwed into a tower for a significant amount of time. So if you are trying to say this is a "New" product you must think I am a moron and you are being VERY MISLEADING. So are you gonna send me back another "who do you think you are" e-mail or are you gonna try and rectify this and make a customer happy?

First of all what makes you think the product you had received is used or
refurbished? The product you had ordered as clearly stated in our terms and
conditions agreed at the time of purchase is a new motherboard in oem
packaging (oem= bare product meant to be used as replacement) since that
product has been discontinued from the US Market several years ago and as
explained in the products page special ordered from our warehouse in China,
also WE DO NOT NEED to mislead anyone and at any moment we have stated
something that is not what you have received.

I ordered a msi rd480 neo2 Motherboard from oyu guys invoice number 57304
PO No. 5431.Nowhere in the spec or explination of the product does it say it
is refurbished.If fact the add for the mobo on the google side with the link
directly to your product says its a brand new MOBO. Iam not happy and I
want some gaurantee or a refund for misleading me.
