I'd say give them a few days to get back to you. Remember that some business's aren't open on weekends. If you don't hear from them in a week or so I would try either the BBB (30-35 days resolution for a complaint) or contact your credit card company about doing a charge-back (you have ~60 days from date of the statement that the charge appears on).
