I have, however located a
BBB report and a merchant listing at
Ebay.ca.
The
BBB report says,

The company did not respond to 2 of the 3 complaints. That alone is enough to give this company a
F rating.
However, the
Ebay.ca FeedBack page shows,

The company has a rather good Ebay rating (4993 reviews in 9 years), but a bad BBB rating (3 complaints in 3 years). At this time I don't see a reason not to try them.
NOTE:
I would say that if a problem does arise that this company appears to ignore the BBB functioning as a mediator. But, given the numbers it appears that the odds of a problem are low.
