I haven't found a rating for them here at RR.
I have, however located a BBB report and a merchant listing at Ebay.ca.
The BBB report says, Quote: BBB Rating
Based on BBB files, this business has a BBB Rating of F.
Reasons for this rating include:
* Failure to respond to complaints filed against business.
* BBB does not have sufficient information to determine how long this business has been operating.
* BBB does not have sufficient background information on this business.
Customer Complaint History
BBB processed a total of 3 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period.
| The company did not respond to 2 of the 3 complaints. That alone is enough to give this company a F rating.
However, the Ebay.ca FeedBack page shows, Quote:
Positive Feedback: 98.8%
Feedback score: 4993
Member since: 25-Apr-00
Location: Canada
| The company has a rather good Ebay rating (4993 reviews in 9 years), but a bad BBB rating (3 complaints in 3 years). At this time I don't see a reason not to try them. NOTE:
I would say that if a problem does arise that this company appears to ignore the BBB functioning as a mediator. But, given the numbers it appears that the odds of a problem are low.

| Cooper, I believe that Master Nomaxin, offers very solid advice...
ETC, appears to have a good reputation...I think I would have no issue doing business with them...
Check and see what kind of warranty they offer on their products..Also email requesting an RMA and see how fast ETC responds...
