Newegg wasted two weeks of my time..
I've had a lot of good experiences with Newegg but I knew my time was running out. I made a simple order of a cordless keyboard/mouse combo--at least it sounded simple. They of course sent the email stating my credit card had been charged and then that was it.
A few days pass no confirmation or shipping email so I contact their live chat on morning before leaving for work. I explained and they said they'd find out what was going on and send an email. So what happened? NOTHING.
Talked to live chat again two days later and they quickly looked and said they didn't know why I hadn't received the shipping email because it had shipped and the person gave me the UPS tracking number. Great! Uhhh no,the tracking number was BOGUS and only showed as "No record of this shipment". I AGAIN contacted them,this time through customer service for the correct tracking number--NO REPLY returned. I figured it might have shipped so I waited another couple of days--no delivery. I emailed customer service AGAIN and said I wanted my credit card refunded as I could buy nearly the same Logitech product locally at Office Depot for a few bucks more.
This time they contact me and say some nonsense about matching prices with OD blah,blah. I emailed them AGAIN and said I don't want a price match,just refund my damn Credit Card. They sent an email showing a credit but it will be the middle of Sept before I find out in my next statement.
Gawd what a hassle. I'll look elsewhere next time...........
