Well guys good news... As of today I can happily post that AVA and I have resolved our dispute to my satisfaction. I cant discuss the terms other than to say I cant discuss the terms. This will be my last post of any kinda about AVA. Thanks for all the support during all this.
That's good news,glad you finally got it resolved.It doesn't change my opinion on AVA,though,it took way too long and if you hadn't kept at them I don't know if you would have ever gotten satisfaction,and you aren't the only one who has had this kind of problem with them.I'd have to see an extended improvement in them before they'd get my business.
