BHPhoto is a huge store with two floors full of audio and video equipment. They are located in Chelsea (around 33rd and 9th ave) in New York City. They have decent prices and their stuff is top notch. I see a lot of professionals (photographers, video folks) shop there. I've bought a few things from them (both online to save tax since I live in NJ and in the store). No issues.

They are very reputable. The store is a a bit of a weird experience though. It is owned by the Hasidic jewish community, so it is staffed by a bunch of hasidic guys with their long beards, black clothes, etc.

I first bought a Canon POWERSHOT SX110 IS CAMERA thru B & H and ended up returning it with no problems. I simply did not like the battery life of this camera (very poor in my experience) and they did not question it. I received a full refund.

As a result of their positive response I bought a Panasonic DMC-FZ28 camera and am very pleased with this product and the price at B & H was the lowest around at the time. ($299.00). Overall very positive experience.
