Buying from Ozdirect Online Brands Pty Ltd

I have used this company in the past and had no problems. I am currently experiencing great difficulty in contacting them via E-mail/ Customer Support telephone number/ Fax and Customer Support Centre. I can get no response from them through any of these channels. Having paid up front for goods I am concerned about the vaildity of this company, it now being two weeks since I received payment acknowledgement. Has anybody else bought from this Website recently? Yeah, I've also bought from Ozdirect a couple of times. I spoke to them on the phone today and the girl was really helpful - the motherboard I ordered has been discontinued and they are finding a replacement for me. My advice is to call again.

I bought four sticks of Corsair 1066 Dominator from OzDirect and unfortunately two didn't work, That was back at the beginning of April.
I have e-mailed them over a dozen times and have yet to receive a reply, I have tried phoning them just about every day since and just keep getting that message that hangs up on you.
Not only have I lost the money for the ram but I lost my customer as well, now I am stuck with all the parts I bought in for the customer but I am stuck with two sticks of rubbish.
I have all the receipts but I don't see what good they are going to do me as it would cost me more to try to get replacements from them any other way
I wouldn't buy anything from them again if I was paid to. My advice, "STAY CLEAR OF THEM"

I have fallen foul of these guys having ordered and paid for a laser printer from them in March 09 which has never arrived. I paid by credit card so it is now in their hands.

i have been waiting over six months for these people to refund me $210. of which i only recieve this message
