never order from supercardnds. i ordered a product from them on dec. 24. its now feb 8th and i still dont have it. i have already paid for it and i have emailed them countless of times for a follow up on the item and nothing. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC. dont let them take your money. if you guys have anyway of contacting them bsides email please let me know. im from california so its pretty expensive for me to call long distance to hong kong.

Yup, a 7.8 six month rating and 8.67 lifetime rating isn't bad at all.

Where are you located? They do ship out of Hong Kong, and depending on the method used, it could take a while.

If anything, you can contact your credit card company and request a chargeback.

Give me their phone number I will call them and ask for a US based number. You would be surprised at how many of these international companies really do have one.

I will post it here if they do.

I am not going to go research this company so just post the number and I will call them tonight as I am in Korea and it does not cost all that much for me to call them (from work).
