Anybody here that was banned by CyberPowerPC?

Just looking for some of the guys who got banned by CyberPowerPC for not praising the company on their forums? I'm Jeffr by the way.

CyberPower has a forum? If they only allow positive posts,it must be a pretty empty place!

Hi Michaels,
They have started deleting posts and banning IPs for folks posting quotes they feel are "bashing" CyberPower. Problem is, they have lots of issues they need to deal with and people who've paid for new PCs are still getting DOA or problematic computers. Some of the "banned" have stated they were over here or at the Digital Storm forums.
CyberPower even went as far as to dispute my review here on ResellerRatings (RR) and claimed I was never a paying customer. My review was removed without my knowledge, no e-mail requesting my side of the story, nothing. I just happened to stop by one day to see if they had replied to my latest posting and saw it was gone. I e-mailed RR and they apologized for not contacting me and asked for proof I had been a paying customer. I provided it and the review was restored. Same thing happened to several others who had posted negative reviews about CyberPower, their reviews dissappeared from RR without any communication explaining the reviews were going to be removed. Seems like CP isn't willing to take the effort to resolve their issues but are going to great extent to silence their critics.

Doesn't surprise me,CP has just about the worst reputation of all the custom PC builders,though IBuypower is a close second and AVAdirect is catching up fast.All three try to hide or ignore customer complaints rather than put the effort into correcting their problems.

Mine was deleted.
I had a valid purchase order. They delayed shipment, were rude and unapologetic. I canceled and detailed my ordeal. Somehow they got it deleted. Somehow right after my ordeal was delted, 6 or 7 new posts showed up. All of these new posts praised how fast , inexpensive, and great cyberpowerpc was. They were ALL BRAND NEW users too.
