Extra costs by Best Hayley - Be careful

Hi All,
I was looking for blackberry on google shopping page and I found the page by Best Hayley with lowest price.
I email him for the price and shipping detail for my country so he can calculate all the expenses.
At the beginning he mentioned the total price and asked me to send tru wester union. After I transferred and asked for shipping tracking info, he asked for custom fee that not mentioned before.
I complaint. But he did not give me any choice and I paid the custom.
I asked if there is anymore cost, and he said no.
After I transferred again and asked for shipping tracking info, he came back and ask more money for tax and clearance.
I said I am not going to pay anymore money unless I got shipping tracking detail or I ask my money to be refunded.
Need your input guys. This is his webpage detail: B-Network

Is this acceptable?

Sorry - You've been had....NEVER purchase anything through Western Union. You have no recourse...He has your CASH and has no reason to send you anything.

You could wait a little while and maybe you'll get lucky....Then find another place to shop. Odds are the guy you sent the money too is in another country.

I was in contact with best hayley and wanted to buy the N97.. I told him i didnt trust western union, but he said he doesnt have paypal.. He gave me his company registration details, his phone number and address and told me as a sign of good faith I could pay half now and half later..
So I paid $165.. Today he asked for customs fee of $135.. Right then I knew he was duping me, duty tax is only 7% to bring items in to the US from the UK..

As I have his details, I am awaiting his reply, ive asked for a photo of the item, which he could get from anywhere, and that i wont pay anything further until i get a shipping code.. Maybe ill get lucky, but if i dont.. Im going to take all the info that i have on him, and the other company he owns AZ Communications (found through googling his phone number), and the address which belongs to a carpet shop. I run a company in NZ and you have to have a registered address, so maybe it belongs to him, maybe not..

ANyways, point is, ill take it to the cops and see what they can do. If i dont get my money back, at least we can help stop the scams. let me know what else you have heard from him.

Now, he's disappear. Nothing in google any more.
I have put rating on him.
If you want to go to cop and sue him, I'll join. What is his address? I lived in UK before, I got network to London cop.

Hello, Best Hayley did the samething to me in regards to a Iphone and still wants me to send him more money. I would like to join you guys if we can go after him legally.
