First of all your states attorney will not care about the problem and if they aren't a business with a physical address then the bbb will not care as well. The best thing to do is file a chargeback and wait, theres nothing else you can do at this point.

StretchandCover.com is very unfriendly to its customers. I returned slipcovers within a few days of purchase to stretchandcover.com because they did not fit. They stated in writing that they would refund the entire purchase price to my credit card. That was in October and they still have not done it—it is now February. I have e-mail correspondence from their customer service department (they NEVER answer their telephone or call back) stating that they have processed the refund, but it still has not been received by my credit card company. The credit card company says that it takes only 2 days to process the transaction. I have placed the purchase in dispute with my bank and am researching how to file a complaint with the appropriate state Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau. You would think that this would be easy, but it's not entirely clear in what state they actually operate--it could be Florida or California.

The worst I have ever dealt with--very shady, with a crappy 'product'. Good luck in getting your money back.
