I placed an order with this company (also known as CEILINGFANOUTLET.COM) for 2 ceiling fans for a total of $232.60 on November 20 2008. In late December after still not receiving my order, i contacted them to get the status and was told that the fans WOULD NOT EVEN BE IN STOCK until January 1, 2009. NOTE THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. I canceled my order. today is January 30, and I have yet to receive my refund. The only phone line they ever answer is SALES. No one answers the customer service or accounting lines. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. THEY ARE CROOKS WHO STOLE MY MONEY.
