fotoconnection.com can someone help me?

I didn't do any research about this company, which i should have,,,, but I purchased a camcorder a week ago. the next day after I bought the camcorder, one guy called me and he said he would send the camera right away.

but I didn't get any shipping number, so I called them back today, and one guy said he would email the tracking number "right now." but i didn't get it. So I called them back again, and a lady said it would reach here in 3 to 5 days. So i asked her to give me a shipping number, and she said if I didn't get the number tonight, i should call them back again.

So I went to school, and came back home, then checked email. it says, "Your order is currently on a slight Back Order for 7-10days. Once it gets available an email notification will be send automatically."

Now I feel like cancelling my order, but a lot of people say they are going to ask cancellation fee. but their homepage says it's "in stock" and they said they are going to send them and it was in stock.

Should I wait for a week or so? or should I just cancell the order? Do i have to pay the fee? I'm an international student, and feel very uncomfortable to talk with them in english on the phone
