Keenzo.com question

Hi, Keenzo had a pretty good rating so i figured i would give them a try. Does anyone have experience with these guys?

I ordered the "100 Watt 5.1 Speaker System (Black) - TAKECLASSIC (TAKECLASSIC)" on Sunday and got an order confirmation but it is now Wednesday and i have yet to received any shipment or payment information. I emailed them yesterday (Tuesday) and have not received a response. I used ground shipping but i would have thought it should be processed by now.

Does anyone know if this is normal for this dealer? Anyone know when i should expect them to send more information? The product didn't give an ETA for ground shipment.

And sorry if this is the wrong section, this is my first time snooping around these forums.

Unfortunately this companies customer service was horrible. I placed an order last week. So after a week I decided to track the package to find out its being shipped to a address about 20 miles from me. Few more days go by and Keenzo has no clue what's going on. So they blame it on UPS for the delay and shipping error. I figured because of such a mistake they would want to keep a customer satisfied by possibly reshipping at their expense. It's to bad that a first time buyer has to leave such a bad feedback.
