You know it I have been shopping for years and if the have a failing it's they coddle whiners. The testimonials that go something like "I ordered this generic power supply who's manufacturer isn't even listed on a google search arrived then...cry...whine". I miss the DVD movies and extended warranty's they used to sell. I'm not convinced with the Neweggmall bit but if they sold everything and kept the same price quality selection and service as Newegg.com I honestly would buy it all from them. Hint hey Newegg i'm in the market for a LG fridge and some Catnapper furniture- get right on that ok?

not satisfied with newegg

i had a bad experience with newgg. I bought a defective printer. after speaking with customer service they told me that since i did not have the original box, that hp would not take the printer back and they did not want to take a loss on the product. after speaking with hp, they told me that they would take the return without the original box. so i am not sure whether newegg was being straight with me. i ended up having to deal with hp direct. a frustrating experience. i will never deal with newegg again. there any many more online stores to buy stuff from. my issue is that if you sell me a defective product, you should take it back; end of story.

Most retailers, online or not, will not accept a return if you did not retain the original packaging, meaning you'll have to deal with the manufacturer directly. You should never dispose of packaging until the retailer return policy has elapsed.
