Do not buy from/trust FotoConnection.com: Purchased and never received a 52" TV. Agents on several occasions said it was shipped (I phoned 8 days straight,) and after 16 days I was told they could not get it. A new agent every day with many transfers, gave me a different story/run around with one claiming to be manager and would handle it personally and call me back. All promises of return phone calls (and never an email,) were just lies. I normally go to the BBB site to check out a vendor but did it this time after the fact! Not a good BBB report! They advertise shipping costs then add on fees to like insurance and anything else they can using hard sell tactics. Buyer beware and don't believe/rely the positive testimonials on this site!
Foto Connection seemed to have found a TV for me and on 12-24 a delivery service called for an appointment to deliver it. I refused it. I had notified (completed required forms,) my VISA Card to deny any and all charges from FOTO the day FOTO told me it could not get the TV.
