Sonic Cameras- letter sent to them(my Bad experience)
I wanted to let you know after today I will not be ordering anything else from you & will be telling everyone else what poor service all the way around!
Today I call to check the status of my order #41307 & I was told that my order was canceled by the Manage due to back order for 8 weeks. What an unprofessional & unfriendly person! I then told him I will not be doing any more business with this company. (His response was--"OK, have a good day--click, hung up) I guess the company really didn't need me as a customer.
Originally, I had ordered the #40927 (for CANON REBEL XS) on Nov 12th and when I rec'v email to call & confirm on Nov 13, I did & was told it was back ordered for 8 wk & if I wanted to cancel. I did since I wanted to get it before Christmas. Nov 14, I went back & saw the XSI model (order# 41307) for the same price, I decided to try my luck on this item. I received the confirmation email to call on Nov 17th, I did & was told it would be avail. in a couple of weeks, I was ecstatic!! Today, I called to check the status of my order and I got this response! I could not believe it!!!! A manager canceling my order & not notifying me?!!! If I had not call to check up on it-I would have not know and would be expecting it eventually.
I did check this site for customer reviews prior to ordering and was please to hear that there were good reviews. I guess I will be the first to put a negative review.
Well, I see that the same item is for sale!!! Now I'm really wondering if this is a scheme to get customers payment info and just say the item is out of stock or back order till who know when?!!!! Just something to think about now.
