For anyone that's on the hunt for a sweet deal on a flatscreen TV, Circuit City spokesman Jim Babb said it's "safe to assume" that consumers can expect deep discounts on TVs and other products in those Circuit City stores that are being liquidated.

In the rest of its stores, Babb said the company's prices will remain competitive with the market over the coming weeks.

Since it is a Ch. 11, most Circuit City stores prices will remain the same. Only the stores on the list I posted above will likely offer any discount rates. They are only closing 155 out of 566 stores, per the CNN story. A little less then a third of their stores.

I'd like to see how happy Fuerza would be if the current economic mess left him jobless.The guy makes Dr. House look like a saint!
