ZipZoomFly.com WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER
Zipzoomfly.com shipped me a keyboard that does not work at all, and hassled me about a refund. They want to charge me a 15% restocking fee on a keyboard that does not work! I filed a complaint with the California State Attorney General's Office, the Alameda County District Attorney's Office and the local Better Business Bureau. Shop with them at your own risk!!!

Great to have you hear!!
Butterfly, I ordered from them sometime ago and the transaction went clean, however, your report is rather troublesome to me.
On page three of their reviews I found this..It seems to verify your complaint..Oh hell there are more..One on each of the following pages.
Butterfly, thank you for the alert, this company has issues that it should not...I no longer have any confidence in ZZF. AKA zoomzipfee

Their illegal practice dies in the next billing cycle... It is unconscionable to charge anyone for the return of defective products...This only invites the intervention of big government..

Very odd. I have used them extensively in the past, as far back as when they used to be called googlegear.
After the name change, they kept going strong, however it most likely hit them hard.
Too bad seeing a great company using such dirty tricks.

I've had no problem with them with a large order, but I had no issues to discuss with them either. I'll keep this information in mind in the future. It sounds like a little bit of "penny wise and pound foolish" has infiltrated their management. The days of the dissatisfied customer fuming alone are over.
