I agree DO NOT deal with this company!
I ordered a TEns item whcih was faulty - returned it asking them to replace or refund.Din't hear anything, no response to emails or letters- couldn't get through on the phone.
Sent a letter saying I would take further action, no resopnse.
Have tried claiming the money back through Visa but because I didn't send the item back recorded delivery there is no proof I sent it back!
Trading standards don't seem able to do anything either!
