They advertise low prices, but then tack on extremely high "shipping" charges, more than the price of the item.

The total price, with the "shipping" charge was still good, so I ordered from them.

Turns out the item was defective, DOA, doesn't work at all.

Did their RMA process online, and got an RMA.

I wanted to speak to someone about it too, but after a week of trying, I see that is impossible. A recording answers their customer service line, and no one ever returns your call.

I would like to exchange the item for one that works. However, their RMA page says no exchange, just a refund. Their refund will not cover the "shipping charge", which was more than the cost of the item, nor my actual shipping cost for sending it back to them. If I return it for the "refund", the actual amount refunded to my card, will be much less than what I have paid. They have made a profit on me nevertheless, for sending me a completely dead item.

Don't bother with this company. Resellerratings, you really should not list their products in your search engine.
