Looks like a Red Flag to me:
2. What do I get when I order something from you?
You get CDR(s) with the software on it in an envelope. You also get a Product key, You do not get nor need a COA. | |

Likely using a illegal keygen for the product key.
It's pirated software, if they even bother to send you anything. And if they do send the software and it doesn't work, well, you can't really file a complaint.

Even more strangely, links to any other product get drop you back to their home page, the price list (which has no prices) shows that XP is the only product in stock, and the FAQ information on getting patches/updates is pretty product specific even though the question is generic.
Definitely bogus. Reporting to MS Piracy Team.

All their other software was out of stock..
The six items of software on their home page, when you enter the "order now" does not bring up the needed page...
They should rename their website, The Out of Stock Software Company...
