They do not appear to have a ratings page here at RR. They appear to be a eBay store. Their eBay feedback shows a 99.4% positive feedback with 3928 feedbacks left since 25APR2000. The BBB also has a report on them giving them a 'Unsatisfactory' rating. There are only 2 complaints on file with the BBB in the last 3 years, however the company did not respond to the complaints. So the unsatisfactory rating is pretty much automatic in their case.

Thanks for the reply, so I guess with a 99.4% positive rating I can trust them.

I don't see anything to suggest any problems. If a problem does occur it looks like the company will ignore a BBB complaint however.

Also, always check the terms and policies. For example, there appears to only be a 14 day 'Return/Exchange' policy and a 15% restocking fee can apply with this company. The restocking fee is about normal, but many companies offer a 30 day return/exchange. I also noticed this little clause,

ETC reserves the right to refuse any refund / exchange item deemed to be non-resalable.

It also appears that the 14 days starts on the day of purchase. So if you include building and shipping time. Well, the 14 days could be up before you even get a system. Are you looking for a pre-built system or just parts?

Also, check the warranty policy which can coincide with the return/exchange policy.

Ecollegepc.com/, does have a above average rating here. Review page shows a 8.3/10 (Lifetime) rating with 25 reviews since 22AUG2003. And the warranty terms look much better.
