Nowadays most companies seem to rsort to call centres that is located in some other part of the word that is very far away .. in some Asia for example. It was interesting to discover a customer response chat line instead of talking to a machine and being passed from one department to another. It was virtually hassle free and problem with my online order resolved ... the only problem I ended up paying for delivery fees instead of FOC ... as I need the stuff in a hurry.
