Swap Ink a.k.a. Swapink.com is a scam! COMPLAINT!

I ordered 6 printer cartriges for my Dell printer from Swap Ink (Swapink.com). The cost of the order was just under $90 and I received free shipping on it. When it arrived several days late, the box had only one cartrige in it. When I called to complain, all Swap Ink ( Swapink.com ) said was, "they must have been there when it shipped" so it was "my problem". I had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card company. These are dishonest vendors. Buy from them at your own risk!

It looks like I will be video taping all of my next deliveries...

I wonder if these type of shipments are weighted at all?

I looked at their website and this is what it said.

Please do a review of this company!! GL, therreid!

Welcome to RR.

The WhoIs info Company: Swap Ink[/quote]I have been unable to find a BBB report.

It wouldn't hurt to file a complaint with the BBB at bbb.org/Get Started.

They also do not appear to have a review page here at RR.
You can add a store at resellerratings.com/new_seller.pl and leave a review for them here as well.

PS.
The above address coincides with a private residence. The phone number in the WhoIs info is a cell phone. The phone number listed with Whitepages.com is a land line.

Swapink.com aka Swap Ink gets "F" from BBB

I was checking the Better Business Bureau rating for this company recently to see if they had cleaned up their act. Obviously they have not as the Better Business Bureau rates or grades Swap Ink (swapink.com) "F".

Here is the link to the report.....

Swap Ink Review - INKS PRINT AND LITHOGRAPH in North Olmsted, OH - BBB Reliability Report - BBB serving Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties in Northeast Ohio

GreyP is infamous around these parts
I ordered from Swap Ink and had a great experience. I found the customer service to be the best part about their site. They had a live chat and you could call to place your order. Anyway I did not order over $50 of product so I had to pay like 5 or 6 bucks for shipping but I like that it is a flat rate. I got my order in two business days and it was correct. I will order again but next time so that I get free shipping.

The customer service rep told me they were under new management so we will see how they have improved. So far so good!

Reliable seller

thank you for the headsup. I was so surprised the seller was so irresponsible. That's why it's important to make sure a company has a good customer service contact before you make a purchase. If they don't even pick up or slow to email a response. I would not buy from them..imagine having a problem with an order. I know how it is with cheap deals. But sometimes, it creates more problems for us by trying to save too much money...take care guys.
