WARNING !!!! Shoping online TIGERDIRECT.COM

The worst service I ever found in the internet ( online shopping)
2 days to answer me by email, 25minutes holding me in phone to give an answer, I was calling USA from Overseas.

They charge my credit card, they issue an Order number, and they say that they do not have information regarding my order, and the worst part ; I can not cancel my order as they suggest.

Be aware when placing an order by TigerDirect.com

I do not recommend this shop.
I bought the same product from other shoop using the same payment method, 30 minutes later my order was ship.( J&R: Electronics, Digital Cameras, Computers, Appliances, Software, Video Games, DVDs, CDs .)

Have you gone into your Google account to see if you can cancel through there? It may be the problem is with Google Checkout and not with Tiger Direct.

GOOGLE CHECKOUT is very clear and no doubts about it !

Google is very clear in their site, they say: whenever I do not have the option ( Cancel this Order) active in their site, means that the order is already in the Store, and can only be cancel by the Store not by google checkout anymore.

What we have here is a failure to communicate.
I have been buying from TigerDirect for 8 years and they have the best customer service of any company online, period.
Customer Service is open 24 hours a day. During regular hours they also have phone numbers to speak to Agents in the main office.
After my experiences with Google Checkout, I would guess your problem is with Google not Tiger. When you order through Google Checkout (the worst), Google WILL NOT help with your order in any way. Place your orders directly with the company you want to do business with.
Do NOT use Google Checkout.

I suggest you call TigerDirect with your order number (get your Tiger order number, not the Google number) and demand an accounting of your order.

Sales: 1-800-800-8300

International Customers: 305-415-2201

Corporate Offices: 1-888-278-4437

ALL recomendations are great appreciated.

As a matter of fact I did everything you recommend me, one week ago, and didn't workout.

Now that I make public this complain, I am starting receiving emails from TigerDirect.com, saying that they do not have register my order, but they can see my payment didn't went through, they can see the payment ( somewhere) ( strange that I have an order number issue by TigerDirect, if they issue and order , they should be sure about getting paid.

I contact already Google checkout with this complain and I am asking refunds.

I might believe that tigerDirect is a good company, however with me didn't workout, or I am unlucky with my the first deal with them, I made like 26 shops online las 6 months using google checkout, I never got a complain, only this time, I consider the fault from both companies: Tigerdirect as well as GoogleCheckout, they should have better communications between themselves , because they are partners on this deal.

I'm curious. Why did you use Google Checkout when you could have dealt with Tiger Direct directly?

Same thing happened to me

Last December, the same thing happened to me when I placed an order at TigerDirect using Google Checkout. For some reason, TigerDirect does not process Google's purchases as quickly as other purchases. Eventually the order was filled, but it took quite a few days of worrying about the order until I knew it was shipped. I was able to get some communication by going to the Reviews of TigerDirect here on Resellerratings, and finding the direct e-mail of one of the customer service reps who had responded to a complaint on one of the threads.
That was the only way I was able to communicate with anyone there. But I did get my merchandise eventually. Good Luck.
And, to Atomic Rooster, Google payment is very often more convenient (as is Paypal), because if you don't happen to have your credit card right in front of you, all you need to know is your user ID and password to complete the purchase, since your payment info is already on file. Also, that's one less merchant that has your credit card number available for potential fraud by hackers, etc.

you must not be buying the same **** im buying cause 90% of the **** i get from Tiger does not work...(Motherboards, Hardrives, Graphics Cards, etc.) I got a ATI RADEON 1650 PRO 512MB graphics card that was broken completely in half from them, and it was a hassle to get my money back.
