Refusal to honor Cashback as promissed "PhotoWorld"

First off the service was great, the camera and lenses were as advertised and delivered very quickly. That said, Photoworld refused to honor the cashback as promised. They claimed after the fact that they meant the ad for the cashback to say something different than then contractually agreed to. I only discovered this after the fact. Now months later I see Photoworld has not changed their ads to reflect what they meant it to say. I
something smells funny, Bait and switch comes to mind.

And when you say cash back - are you referring to a Rebate?
