Azra, after years of buying from Newegg.com (at least 5 years), I can tell you that I never had any problem with their delivery: Every item I purchased from them, showed up at my door promptly and in good working condition.

However, a recent incident with Newegg's review system, suggests to me that they are not always telling everything about certain products.

For example, when I discovered that Western Digital WD7500AACS hard drive has no warranty terms on Newegg's web site, I wrote a quick review to share this with other customers, just as other customers' reviews help me make purchasing decisions.

Newegg's response was... to reject it, never publish it - with all sorts of excuses. You can read all about it here:

Again, I have yet to experience any problem with Newegg's delivery system (and justified returns). But my advice to you is to take into account that not every review, that has ever been written in good faith by loyal Newegg customers, is published.

BTW, I am about to purchase a $4,000 color laser printer for my business, and this is the first time that I am consciously not going to buy it from Newegg.

I too, have encountered this omission on their website and I am rather miffed, that such important information is missing. This requires the consumer to go to the manufacturer's site in order to obtain the needed information..

Is this by accident or design? Only Egger can answer that..

Now you can invoke the the power of the consumer and take your business elsewhere.. When that happens all too often, the offending company dies..

Personally, I trust NewEgg.com more so than any other online retailer that I've ever dealt with. Countless orders placed with them have gone perfectly, and their customer support/service has been top notch on those times that I have dealt with them.

Highly recommended!
