CyberpowerPC - its that bad. Tell your friends

I have been researching this company for quite a while. There is so much information about how bad this company is, i'm amazed that people are still shopping there at all.
I started a site for my story: Don't Buy CyberPower PC to help spread the truth about how shady this company is. Don't get me wrong, there is a chance that you will get a good computer, but as my research suggests, its a slim chance.
I bought a $1700 (no monitor) computer from them in January of 2007, and it has never worked correctly. Out of box it had restart issues, and this caused cycling which crashed the computer quite often... and eventually ruined the hard drive. I have spoken to tech support so many times, i know the number by heart. I have sent my computer back for repairs 3 times, with a 4th time pending. Bottom line, I cannot get a refund, they will only "attempt" to fix my computer again and again and again, but every time is unsuccessful.

The customer service is terrible, has a small window when they are actually there and answering phones (even though they boast about a 24-7 availability). The managers are not willing to budge on anything, especially refunds or completely new systems.
Check out the site- Don't Buy CyberPower PC for the full story.

These guys have sold lemons without any posative outcome.
Thanks for your time.

I couldn't help but notice that it has been two weeks and you have not left a review for CyberPower here at RR.

Note that reviews must comply with the 16 points listed in the Terms & Conditions.

If you had been "researching this company for quite a while", and supposedly found out how bad they are, then why in this God's green earth did you buy a $1700 computer from them?

Thanks for the links. I was always curious about how customer service works.

Wow, I could have sworn that those links went to a blog or website a few weeks ago.

EDIT:
They did, WhoIs info for DONTBUYCYBERPOWERPC.COM. I remember researching that. Guy posted that a few times around the net. I couldn't figure out why he was going for a refund after something like 6 months instead of using the warranty to get the system repaired.

I mean you cannot return something after that long of a time. As any problems would fall under the warranty. And if you still had problems with the builder then pursue it as a warranty issue not as a return.
