Jacks Small Engines - Stay Away!

I am convinced that the only way Jack's Small Engines could have positive results recorded is because they must have employees fill in the information! This place is horrible. They charged my card a month ago for product that they do not have and have not shipped. Now I have been waiting for 'credit' for 4 weeks - so far. If you need it - buy it somewhere else.

If so their ratings here at RR are way below normal. Shows a 2.5/2.32 Lifetime out of 10 rating with 14 reviews since 11JAN2004. Avg. rating here at present is 7.62.

The BBB report also gives this company a 'Unsatisfactory Rating'. This mostly seems to be due to the fact that thay have not responded to 3 of 8 complaints to the BBB in the last 3 years.

Did you use a CC or a debit card?

If a CC then contact the card company about doing a charge-back for non-delivery of goods. If a debit card then contact your bank as a debit card does not generally carry the same protections as a credit card. Depends on local and institutional laws/regulations when dealing with a debit card.
