The whole thing feels like a smear campaign by someone with a grudge,perhaps not just against AVA but RR as well,since they seem to be suggesting some sort of collusion between the two,which is pure nonsense.

#1, It's not a smear, it's the truth.
#2, I do have a "grudge" for frigg'n sake, this company IS putting me through HELL and this Misha is a sociopath for god's sake, with no morels, ethics or common decency. He's happily destroying my life, over the top and all, just to keep 1, ONE ,lousy bad review off THIS SITE.
#3, It's pure non-sense to you 'cause this is a site your obviously very familiar with. How the hell was I supposed to know. The internet and it's BILLIONS of sites are not my responsibility. This is the only site AVA Direct even exists as a "perfect" entity... You'd think they walk on water from this site.

Just as she should. Your paranoia of our review process is unfounded, as there is no conspiracy here. Instead there are clearly posted terms (http://www.resellerratings.com/terms.pl) regarding review content.
