Even seemingly high rated vendors should never be trusted when it comes to service. IF only would have helped me in dealing with Nutriteam out of Vermont. Whatever you purchase, first thing to do is take a photograph of the item and the way it is packed. When you return it, again take a photograph with a dated newspaper. I had a badly dented very old distiller returned to me and the vendor insists it is the one that I sent to them. They claim it was working upon arrival so no service was needed. It doesn't even look like the one I bought but I can't prove it. Beware of all vendors.
