Bought an item online and it wasn't available at my local store so I specified pickup at another store which had 2 left in stock. Drove 30 miles to get there and guess what? Not there. In the 3 days since I placed the order, could they have given me the courtesy of a call or email? Could they have allowed me to purchase an equivalent item at the same price? Could the CS whom I called afterwards made more amends than an apology? Will I ever shop at Circuit City again? NO to all.

... things are getting tough for poorly run electronics stores. HHGregg store have the worst vibes I've ever felt, and I don't believe in feeling vibes! Same with CompUSA and CC. Unless I had to buy there, I'd go to a MicroCenter or Best Buy or even a Staples.
