ClubIT/PC Club out of business

http://www.clubit.com/

Anyone who has any open business with this company should contact them ASAP. A little more info can be found here.

Gooiool is infamous around these parts
it wasn't just due to large debts, they just had a class action lawsuit filed against them on the behalf of the employees.

Nothing in PACER about it, at least at this time. Searched for company name (Club It Inc.)and owners (Joyce Wu {CA} and/or James Cheng {NV}). They are actually registered in Nevada.

Acquired and now operating again.

Quote:
NAOC said the capital infusion will allow PC Club and its two e-commerce sites, PCClub.com and ClubIT.com, to remain open for business as usual, and to honor all customer and vendor relationships and agreements.

After reorganizing the business, NAOC said it will set its sites on growing the chain, which will join other Chinese-tied investments in building a "leading home computer appliance conglomerate."
