Watch out for this company. We ordered the steam mop from them and were told, via their website (
www.eruo-pro.com) and their phone line (1-800-518-9818), that the shipping would be $15.95. We received the product and found that we were charged $25 shipping and handling. We also found that the product did not work as advertised but after calling to send it back, we found that not only would we have to pay to ship it back, they would not refund any portion of the original shipping charges.
This is plainly shown on their website but not on the phone number given out via TV.
