I replied to them again and here's what they had to say about the eCheck:

Hello. Yes, people pay us with an eCheck through PayPal all the time. We have to wait for the check to clear, however, so add about 3 days to the shipping wait.

Anyway, if I had to buy from Spiderbrace.com, I can borrow a CC from a relative for the meantime and use that through PayPal. Looks like everything is fine and dandy so far. I'll post updates whenever.

Yes, they are legit. However, you need to look at Steadybrace.com. They have a nicer brace (similar design) and it costs less.
