Japan Video Games Inc. (www.japanvideogames.com) Good or Bad?

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone had any dealing with this company and could share their opinions on them. I read their rating here, but it's mixed, from happy to unsatisfied, and none are very recent. Asking around on other sites, I've found that the brick and mortar store the site is based out of comes highly recommended; that the owner is very nice, prices are fair, etc. However, their online store has some mixed reactions.

I really want to import a Japanese PSP for a good price (Play-Asia and YesAsia are bother $250 or more shipped, and if I can get a better price, I'd like to), and these guys have it the cheapest shipped at about $230.

So... what do you guys think?

I did buy a couple of import games for the PSP from them for my son,the price was reasonable and delvery was prompt,even though it was the Christmas season.You do realise that all PSP's will play any game,domestic or imported?

Yep! There's a Japanese-exclusive color that I want, which is why I wish to import one. But thanks for making sure I was informed, it's appreciated.
