BBB report shows a 'Satisfactory record', that they are a member of the BBB and have been in business since 1998. Only 12 complaints in 3 years.

PriceGrabber.com gives them a 4.47/5 rating with 1951 reviews since 16AUG2001.

RR gives them a 6.54/10 with 13 reviews since 10JAN2007.

well would you buy from them? =p im usually stuck to xoxcide and newegg. never really shop anywhere else

I don't see any reason not to give them a try.

The BBB report shows that 5 of the complaints where for refund issues. So I would check their refund policies closely though.

14 days for mobile phones, smart phones and tablet PC's. (Restocking fee applies)
30 days for mobile phone related accessories.

Return Rules:

All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.

Phones must register less than 120 minutes cumulative talk time and show no signs of use.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only.

15% restocking fee on all opened phones.
