Very Satisfied cusomter

Hey all recently I made order at mobilebee.com ordered HTC/Qtek TyTN II. When I ordered it, it was in stock on website. 3 days later they called me and let me know that it’s not available, I was very disappointed.. however, they offered me another much expensive phone for the price of TyTN 2. I was very surprised, and they send it to me the same day by 2nd day air for free!! Well, that was cool. Anyway, they understood their mistake and corrected it. By the way phone is great.

i saw that already ..every company gets complaints that ths nature of business... usually from customers who are too quick to b*t$h. thats my opinion

That means that this company did not bother to respond to 24 complaints in the last 3 years. Since the total of all complaints received by the BBB is only 39, that means that this company may not respond to problems/complaints from consumers ~60% of the time.

Also, how is this being, "too quick to b*t$h" ?
