I also posted a review to support critzi2's review, and let others know boomj.com provides no response to e-mail or voice-mail customer inquiries, and lists items for sale for which they have no stock.

It's now 30 days later, and PayPal cancelled the 'pending' status payment authorization. If they even bother sending me an e-mail message, I'll provide the same response to them they provided me: nuttin', honey.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a Kodak EasyShare Z1285 Digital-Camera and an SD memory card. They shipped the memory card and the camera was never shipped and the money has not been refunded yet, almost two months since I originally placed the order.

Whenever I visited their order status page it always said the balance of the order shipped between 10 minutes and two hours before my visit to their website.

They never answer their phone or respond to emails and to make things even more fun they've figured out that by making partial shipment they can provide a tracking number to PayPal who will simply close the case and ask people to re-file the claim as a "not as described" claim which they do not investigate except for eBay orders. This means that PayPal will not refund your money either. So much for PayPal security!
