I bought some items in airsoft (www.import-acion.com)
8 days ago and the order and I do not hear, do not respond to emails, do not leave me $ 200 in the store.
not to do I'm from Spain, someone please tell me where can I contact them? than one phone number is not even English this means is if I wrote it with a translator to help me please

This is an excellent online shopping website...

When i heard of this website i thought of giving it a try so i ordered models and received them on time...

I'm still waiting for my second order which is stuck, hope it will be delivered on time too...

I had to cancel my pedido.un waiting months and did not come.
customer service is terrible, 20 emails to talk to them, and many others to cancel my order.
in short, never buy or recommend this website to anyone

Took my money before they shipped any product. Horrible customer service. Got one email reply out of 5 and that was only to ask for an order. Not a word on how they intend to resolve my order which has now been outstanding for 3 weeks saying it will ship "in 2 - 3 days". Totally unethical. Other forums note that the Better Business Bureau has downgraded them to a CC-. Guess I should have done better checking on them before ordering. Shame on me. More shame on them.
